Cancellations & Returns Policy

Cancellations must be 24hours in advance or cancellation fee applies.
By confirming your booking you agree to the following cancellation policy:

25% of the service will be charged for morning of cancellations.

50% of the service will be charged for last minute cancellations.

100% of the service will be charged for No-Shows.

Returns Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for unopened products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
